Cancellation Policy

The refund amount depends on how many days remain until the start of the trip as of the date of the cancellation request.

Refund Policy

45 days or more before the start date: 100% refund of the amount paid.

Between 30 and 44 days in advance: 50% refund.

Less than 30 days prior: no refund (0%).

How It Works

Refunds are calculated based on the total amount actually paid (credit card and/or voucher) and processed through the same payment method. Credits paid with a voucher are refunded as a voucher.

The percentage is based on the trip start date at the time of cancellation. Exceptional cases (force majeure) are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

How to cancel

Please submit your request through your customer portal or by emailing contato@mybeargo.com. We will confirm the refund amount before processing it.
