This Policy explains how MyBearGo collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you book and use our services.

1. Data We Collect

Identification and contact information (name, email), booking details (dates, travelers, preferences), and payment information are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store full credit card numbers.

2. How We Use It

To process reservations and payments, coordinate travel arrangements with our partners, provide support, and send communications related to your purchase. We may send you updates only with your consent.

3. Sharing

We share only the necessary information with suppliers who facilitate your trip (RV rental companies, campgrounds, ticket partners) and with our payment processor (Stripe). We do not sell your data.

4. Your rights

You may access, correct, or request the deletion of your data, in accordance with the LGPD (Brazil) and other applicable laws. Please send your request to contato@mybeargo.com.

5. Retention and Security

We retain the data for as long as necessary to provide the service and to comply with legal obligations. We have implemented technical and organizational measures to protect your information.
