Terms of Use
These Terms govern the use of the MyBearGo website and the purchase of motorhome (RV) travel packages in the United States. By making a reservation, you agree to these Terms.
1. About Us
MyBearGo is a travel experience orchestrator, not a vehicle rental company. We sell the complete package in U.S. dollars (USD) as the merchant of record (MyBearGo LLC) and arrange the trip by subcontracting partners: the RV (through platforms such as Outdoorsy/RVshare), campgrounds (KOA, Recreation.gov, Harvest Hosts), tickets, and extras.
2. Reservation and Payment
Prices are set in USD and displayed per package. You will not be charged until you confirm your reservation.
Payment is made in installments: 25% upon confirmation (45 days before the trip), 50% by 30 days before the trip, and the remaining 25% one day before departure. Each installment is automatically charged to the registered card. If a charge fails, you can update your card to proceed.
Credit vouchers, when applicable, are applied to the amount due; the remaining balance is credited to the card.
3. Travel Models
Each package can be "self-drive" or "delivered and assembled." For the self-drive option, driver verification is required (valid driver's license + International Driving Permit).
4. Traveler's Responsibilities
You are responsible for having valid travel documents (passport, visa/ESTA, PID when applicable), for complying with partner policies and local laws, and for the proper use of the RV and the reservations included in the package.
5. Limitation of Liability
MyBearGo acts as an intermediary between you and the suppliers. We are not liable for any acts, omissions, or failures on the part of our subcontractors beyond what is required by law. We recommend that you purchase travel insurance.
