Três dias de motorhome no Disney's Fort Wilderness

Dormir dentro da Walt Disney World, numa floresta de pinheiros, e chegar ao Magic Kingdom de barco.

Existe uma hospedagem oficial da Walt Disney World que quase nenhum brasileiro conhece, e ela não é hotel. É um campground de 300 hectares de pinheiro e cipreste, dentro da propriedade da Disney, onde o motorhome fica conectado na energia, na água e no esgoto — e de onde você pega um barco que atravessa a lagoa e desembarca no Magic Kingdom. Isso muda o dia da família de um jeito difícil de explicar antes de acontecer. Não tem estacionamento para pagar, não tem carro para achar no fim da noite, não tem traslado de hotel. Você sai do parque, pega o barco, e em poucos minutos está sentado do lado de fora do motorhome, no escuro, ouvindo grilo. À noite o Fort Wilderness tem fogueira com Chip e Dale, cinema ao ar livre, trilha de bicicleta e aluguel de carrinho de golfe para circular entre os loops. É a parte da viagem de que a criança lembra sem precisar de foto. Um aviso importante sobre planejamento: as vagas do Fort Wilderness são vendidas pela própria Disney e esgotam com meses de antecedência na alta temporada. Do I need a special license?: No. Your Brazilian driver's license, along with your International Driving Permit (IDP), is sufficient. And we'll help with the driver verification process before the trip.
